Professional Affairs, Inc. has provided company picnics and special events for over 30 years. One of the best things about our business is that we work with local non-profit organizations, such as yours, to put on most of our corporate events for our clients. This is double bottom line investing for our client and us as a company; by working with local non-profit organizations to help staff the events – we are able to make donations that exceed what would normal fundraisers allow.
Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, it’s not. By supplying the volunteers to help staff our events – we are all able to win!
Our events consist of four phases during production: 1. Setup (typically takes place on Friday), 2. Event Day Prep; and 3. Operations (typically takes place on Saturday prior to the event), and 3. Breakdown (takes place right after the event). In each phase, a varying number of volunteers are required to help depending upon the size and scope of the event as well as the event hours.
