We offer an experienced crew of Site Managers, each of whom has managed dozens of events of all kinds. In fact, when we get rave reviews from our customers most of the credit goes to our superb managers. They will arrive with a “can do” attitude and they will supervise the entire event from set up to clean up at the end of the day.

What about equipment? Does Professional Affairs own the equipment? |

Yes, and that’s a major advantage. Other planning services may broker most or all of the event. We own and maintain one of the largest inventories in the industry so you know that each attraction will arrive on-time, safety approved and in great condition.

I know you are located near Atlanta. How far do you travel to produce events? |

Our location near Atlanta is excellent for serving companies throughout the South, Southwest, East and Midwest. Depending on the size of the event, travel is rarely a problem. You will receive the same great service if you are in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania or right here in Atlanta.

Who will staff my event? |

We have worked with fundraising organizations ranging from high school bands and church groups to military Family Services and college ROTC groups. We will consult with you to get your recommendations. This allows the funds to stay in your local community and it’s a great community relations tool. Each worker is supplied with training and a staff shirt.
